Graphic Tablets
Most of our graphic tablets use a Micro USB/USB-C to USB-A cable. If your Mac computer doesn't have a USB-A port, you need to use an adapter. It may be a USB-A to USB-C or USB-A to Thunderbolt adapter.
Not all graphic tablets are compatible with USB-C to USB-C cables, even with a USB-C port, such as the HS611 and H1161 graphic tablets. These graphic tablets can only work with a USB-C to USB-A cable. If you need to connect this to a USB-C port on your computer or phone, use an OTG adapter (USB-A to USB-C). If you're not using our USB-C to USB-C cable, ensure that your cable can transmit data.
Tablet Display
Tablet displays need 3 connections to work: power, data, and display connections. Some of our tablet displays use 3-in-1 or 3-in-2 cables, while others use separate cables. Moreover, some models can work with a full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable where all 3 connections can be handled by one cable. However, 22-inch displays and above need more power, so an additional cable connection directly to a power outlet is needed.
