We are glad to inform that now users can adjust OSD menu in the driver when their operating system is macOS. However there are two different situations.
1. Intel Chips
If your computer/laptop has Intel Chip, you can adjust OSD menu in the driver no matter how you connect the pen display to your computer/laptop. But if you use a convertor, it may cause that OSD menu can not be adjusted in the driver as the convertor you are using does not support this function. In this case, please try to adjust OSD menu via shortcut key on the pen display.

2. M Chips(M1 & M2)
If your computer/laptop has M Chip, the premise is that connecting the pen display to your computer/laptop via full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable. Therefore, if your pen display does not support full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable connection, you can only adjust OSD menu via shortcut key on the pen display. If your pen display supports USB-C to USB-C cable connection, but you connect it to your computer/laptop through other cable connection, like 3in1 cable, 3in2 cable or separate 3 cables, you can only adjust OSD menu via shortcut key on the pen display.
