- Is the touch switch turned on?

Please follow the steps below:
- Check if your tablet's firmware version is the same or higher than the following:
①Kamvas Pro 19 (GT1902): M220_240524
②Kamvas Pro 27 (GT2701): M221_240708 - Have you installed the latest driver version? If no, download the latest version of your tablet driver from this link: https://huion.com/download/ and extract or unzip the file (if necessary).
- Have you enabled the touch function within the driver? Under "Device Touch Settings", click the "Enable Touch" button.

- Is the touch switch turned on?

③Slide the touch switch to the right to enable the finger touch function, and slide it to the left to disable it.
If you are using a Mac mini/Mac Studio/iMac and have updated to macOS 14.5 or later, you may encounter an issue where touch cannot be enabled because the device lacks built-in touch-related hardware. In this case, you need to perform the following additional steps:
- Locate the LoadTrackPad2.zip file included in the installation package and extract the LoadTrackPad2 tool.
- Open the installation, then drag it into the "Applications" folder.

- When a pop-up window appears, click "Load".

- After the activation, if you see the "Trackpad" option in the "System Settings / Preferences", it means the activation was successful.

If the touch function still doesn't work after following the steps above:
- Click "Disable Touch" on the driver.
- Slide the touch switch to the left to disable it.
- Restart your computer.
- Slide the touch switch to the right to enable it.
- Open the driver, go to the settings, and click "Enable Touch".
