If you are experiencing a similar issue shown in the following video, it means your pen display is in aging mode.
Rest assured that it can be fixed. Please perform the steps below:
- Enter factory mode. If you have no idea how to open factory mode, please get in touch with us at service@huion.com for further assistance.
- Find “Burnin”. It should be “On” when the pen display is in aging mode. Press the corresponding shortcut buttons on the pen display to change “On” to “Off”, then Exit factory mode.
- Unplug and replug the pen display, ensuring all cables are connected to your laptop/computer correctly and securely.
NOTE: These steps do not apply to Kamvas Pro 24 (4K), Kamvas Pro 16 (4K), Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K), Kamvas Pro 19, and Kamvas Pro 27 as these models only have the power button. Please try the steps below instead.
Aside from the method above, you can also fix it by unplugging and replugging the cable.
- Using Three Separate Cables: Turn the pen display off, next unplug and replug the HDMI cable, then turn the pen display on by pressing the power button briefly.
- Using 3-in-1/3-in-2 Cable: Turn the pen display off, next unplug and replug the cable connected to the pen display, then turn the pen display on by pressing the power button briefly.
