When you have problems connecting your Kamvas Slate pen computer to the internet, try the following steps:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi you're connected to has an internet connection. Check if the other devices that are connected to the same network have internet.
- Connect to another Wi-Fi.
- Restart your tablet.
- Turn off airplane mode.
- Disable and re-enable your tablet's Wi-Fi — go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > click the slide bar beside "Wi-Fi"
- Forget the network — go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > click the Wi-Fi network > click "Forget" > then reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
- Check if your tablet's Wi-Fi is unmetered — go to Settings > Network & internet > click the Wi-Fi network > click Network usage > choose "Treat as unmetered."
- Update your tablet's time and date — go to "Settings" > "System" > "Date & time" > enable "Set time automatically". You can also enable "Use location to set time zone".
- If you're using a VPN, turn it off temporarily. If you're not, try using your tablet with a VPN.
- Reset your network settings — go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth."
- Reset your tablet to factory settings — go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Erase all data (factory reset)." (NOTE: Ensure that you have backed up your files before trying this step.)
