Kamvas Slate Can't Connect to the Internet or Has Limited Connection

When you have problems connecting your Kamvas Slate pen computer to the internet, try the following steps:

  1. Ensure the Wi-Fi you're connected to has an internet connection. Check if the other devices that are connected to the same network have internet. 
  2. Connect to another Wi-Fi.
  3. Restart your tablet.
  4. Turn off airplane mode.
  5. Disable and re-enable your tablet's Wi-Fi go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > click the slide bar beside "Wi-Fi"
  6. Forget the network go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > click the Wi-Fi network > click "Forget" > then reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
  7. Check if your tablet's Wi-Fi is unmetered go to Settings > Network & internet > click the Wi-Fi network > click Network usage > choose "Treat as unmetered."
  8. Update your tablet's time and date go to "Settings" > "System" > "Date & time" > enable "Set time automatically". You can also enable "Use location to set time zone".
  9. If you're using a VPN, turn it off temporarily. If you're not, try using your tablet with a VPN.
  10. Reset your network settings go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth." 
  11. Reset your tablet to factory settings — go to "Settings" > "System" > "Reset options" > "Erase all data (factory reset)." (NOTE: Ensure that you have backed up your files before trying this step.)
