You may fail to upgrade the firmware for Inspiroy Giano because the USB cable is not connected firmly during the upgrade. After the failure, you no longer can use the tablet. No worries, please refer to the following steps to fix the issue.
Step1: Connect Inspiroy Giano to your computer. Press the power button and hold it for at least 10 seconds to reset Inspiroy Giano.
Step2: Click on the button of ‘Update’, then press K1 and K4 at the same time and don't let them go.
Step3: Press the power button and hold it for one second, then let the power button go.
Step4: Release K1 and K2 of the step2. After it tells 'upgrade is complete', press the power button and hold it for one second. Then the whole upgrade process is complete. Your tablet can work again.
