Make sure your Android phone can handle both data transfers and display. If it has no video signal output, then the pen display will show "no signal" when you connect it to your phone. It means your phone does not support the connection to pen display.
- If your phone does not have the Desktop Mode(Huawei phones) or Dex Mode(Samsung phones), the phone image can only show in the middle of the pen display as the picture below shown.
- If your phone has the Desktop Mode(Huawei phones) or Dex Mode(Samsung phones), normally, the phone image will fill out the full screen of the pen display once you connect it to your phone. But you can turn off the Desktop Mode(Huawei phones) or Dex Mode(Samsung phones) when you want your phone only to show in the middle of the pen display.
