Bottom Dial Issue

I just got my new Pen Display (Huion Kamvas 13 Gen 3) on July 1st, but I'm already having an issue with the bottom dial wheel. It feels jumpy and not smooth at all. How can I fix this problem?

Hi, Sehand dwi alfadillah. I'm sorry about that. Have you tried updating the firmware? Here are the links:
- Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Firmware Update for Windows
- Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Firmware Update for Mac
If updating the firmware doesn't resolve the issue, please email us at service@huion.com and provide the following:
1. Order number
2. Serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
3. Your computer operating system and its version
4. Firmware version of your tablet
5. Link to a video of your dial issue (please ensure the link is unrestricted)
