If you placed an order on our official online store before creating an account or placed an order without logging in to your account, here's how to add or retrieve your order:
- Go to our official online store at https://store.huion.com/ and log in to your account. If you have not created an account yet, please check this article: How Do I Create A Huion Account. Update your country or region before proceeding to the next step.
- Click the account icon on the upper-right corner and click "My Orders". This will bring you to the "Orders" page.
- Click "Retrieve Order" to add your purchase to your account.
(NOTE: Your account and the order must have the same email address. Otherwise, you won't be able to add your purchase to your account.)
