How Do I Register My Huion Device?

Here's how you register your Huion tablet or light pad:

1. Create your account using your email address on our official website at https://www.huion.com/. You can use the same account you used when you placed your orders in our official online store at https://store.huion.com/.
   
   
2. If you have an existing account, just log in using your registered email address and password. Otherwise, click "Register" to create an account.
   
   
   
3. When logged in, click on the User icon again then "My Profile"
   
   
4. Click on "My Product" then "Register Now>>"
   
   
5. Enter your serial and order numbers, tick the Product Registration Agreement, and click "Subscribe".
   
   
6. Your product registration application will be reviewed and if everything has been verified correct, your application will be approved within 2-3 business days.

If your Serial Number is not accepted, please send your serial number and order number to service@huion.com for assistance.

NOTE: You can use the same account on both www.huion.com and www.store.huion.com. However, you have to create and use a different account on our support site, www.support.huion.com.
