I just got my new Pen Display (Huion Kamvas 13 Gen 3) on July 1st, but I'm already having an issue with the bottom dial wheel. It feels jumpy and not smooth at all. How can I fix this problem?

Hi, Y Zee. I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing with your Kamvas 13 (Gen 3)'s bottom dial. To resolve your dial issue, please follow these steps:
Apply some alcohol to the dial and turn it clockwise and counterclockwise for several seconds. You can watch this video for guidance: Dial Fix.
If the issue persists, please update your tablet's firmware. You can download the firmware and find the corresponding instructions using this link: Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Firmware Update.
Please email the following to service@huion.com if the steps above do not resolve your issue:
Order number
Serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
Your computer operating system and its version
The driver version you installed on your computer
The drawing programs you use and their versions
Details of your issue and the steps you've done. We would appreciate it if you could provide a video as well. You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, or other online storages, remove the restriction, and share the unrestricted link with us.
Best Regards,

I am having the same issue as well, but whenever I plug the tablet in to attempt the firmware update, the tool from the Google Drive link states the device was disconnected.

I'm having the same issue as the previous person, but the firmware updates provided are both for Mac. Could you provide the files for Windows?
On the other hand, if it wasn't successful, please email the following to service@huion.com so that we can provide you with some steps to resolve it:
Your MacOS version
Tablet driver version you installed
Your tablet's serial number (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
Your tablet's firmware version
Link to a short video as you perform the firmware update on your Mac computer. Please ensure that the link is unrestricted so that we can access it easily.

Hi, Nóra Köblös. Have you tried the steps in the article above? Do you also have a Kamvas 13 (Gen 3)? The links I previously shared were specific for the Kamvas 13 (Gen 3). You can use this link for Windows: Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) Firmware Update for Windows.
If you have a different tablet model, please do not update the firmware using the links I previously shared. Instead, please email the following to service@huion.com so we can assist you better:
Serial #
Driver version
Firmware version
Windows OS version
