You can try adding a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (preferably 99% concentration) on your dials, turn them left and right, and wait until it dries before turning on the tablet to test. If this step doesn't work, you can try updating the firmware using the applicable link below:

Hello,
I already updated current version 20.1.1.90 and firmware version is M22c_240606
I did installed GD32 MCU Dfu drivers but I try to upgrade products type and check autoupdate of GS1333_HV902_HUION_M22c_250514 but it failed to do so because I don't know if pressing K1 and K4 (F1 and F4) but giving this error.

I tried that as well, but it didn’t fix anything with my tablet. I spoke to one of the assistants about it, and they gave me a test program to check whether the dials were working. I showed them a video demonstrating that my dials were not functioning. They eventually confirmed that both dials are completely non-functional and that it is a manufacturer defect.
If you think they will replace it after only having it for a year, think again. They won’t offer a replacement for the tablet because the warranty has already expired. Instead, they only offered a Keydial Mini K20 to use for daily work.
