Whenever I restart my computer, the drivers stop recognizing the Huion Kamva 13

Whenever I restart my computer, the drivers stop recognizing my Huion Kamva 13. Even when I try to disconnect and reconnect it, it doesn't work, so I have to reinstall the drivers and reconfigure everything.

How can I resolve this?

  • Hi, EDUARDO GABRIEL FERREIRA. Since your tablet gets detected after reinstalling the driver, this is caused by an incorrect driver installation or a driver malfunction due to a software conflict. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Uninstall the driver and ensure there are no other tablet drivers installed on your computer, whether the driver is ours or from other brands. Having multiple tablet drivers on your computer can cause conflicts, leading to driver malfunctions. 
    2. Before reinstalling the driver or installing the latest driver version for your tablet, ensure that the tablet is disconnected from your computer, all your drawing programs are closed, and your antivirus software is turned off. Some antivirus software prevents our drivers from being fully installed, causing them to malfunction. 
    3. Only reconnect your tablet to your computer after the driver has been reinstalled.
