Linux .rpm support
Trying out right now linux fedora as my second linux distro and noticed that since it is on Red Hat, i cannot use debian drivers on it. Tried converting from .deb to .rpm by alien but with no success.
Can't properly use my devices without drivers so here comes reasonable question: Will other linux distros ever be supported? And if not, do anyone know how to properly convert huion drivers from .bed to .rpm
Hi, pie vir. We apologize for only having a driver available for the Ubuntu distribution at this time. Unfortunately, we do not have any updates regarding drivers for other distributions. I've forwarded your inquiry to our engineers so they can explore the possibility of providing drivers for additional distributions in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Same problem on Fedora 44.Here is what I found and how I fixed it.
Alien fails because the driver bundles its own Qt, ICU and PCRE libraries, so the converted package asks for libicuuc.so.56 and libpcre.so.3. Fedora has no package providing those names, so dnf refuses to install it.
Second problem after that one: the driver saves settings into /usr/lib/huiontablet/res, which is root owned on Fedora. The save fails with no error, so your mappings reset every restart.
Both fixes are in this spec: https://github.com/kuzhalogi/huiontablet-fedora-rpm
You download the .deb from Huion and build an RPM from it. Nothing of Huion's is redistributed.
Tested on Fedora 44 with an Inspiroy H640P, driver 15.0.0.175. The driver
writes to the same directory regardless of device, only the config filename
changes, so this should apply to other Huion hardware too.
