We recommend charging Keydial Remote when you first receive it, easpecially if you plan to connect it wirelessly. To charge, simply connect Keydial Remote to a working computer using the USB cable included in the box.

Yes, you can use your own power adapter to charge it. However, the adapter must have an output of 5V and at least 5W. Alternatively, you can charge it directly via a USB port on the PC.

If you charge Keydial Remote via a PC connection, it will switch to wired connection mode. However, if you want to use it while charging, we recommend charging it with a power adapter; this way, it allows for Bluetooth connection.

1. Turn on Keydial Remote and check the battery level on the OLED display in the upper right corner.

2. When connected via Bluetooth, the settings also display the battery status.

Open the driver - choose the angle (0°/90°/180°/270°) you need in the settings.

Open Keydial -  tap the icon on the screen - select Rotate Screen.

You can download the driver from our official website. Once installed, open the driver and choose the device to customize the keys, dials, and group keys.

You can download the Keydial app from Google Play  (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS/iPadOS). Once installed, open the app and choose the device to customize the keys, dials, and group keys.

Kindly note: The app only supports presets in specific creative software. If you want to use the remote with other software, check if that software supports key customization. If it does, you can customize the keys in the app and name them.

When switching between PCs, settings will not be retained. To preserve your configuration, export the shortcut file from the driver before switching. When switching between mobile devices, settings will be retained automatically.

The Keydial app does not support setting different shortcuts for different software. However, you can customize 6 groups, each of which can be assigned to a different software.

Yes, but there are 2 points you need to pay attention to:

1. Your drawing tablet supports the V20 driver. In this case, you can directly download the universal V20 driver to begin creating.

2. Your drawing tablet only supports the V14/V15 driver. In this case, there's no need to uninstall the V15 driver; simply download the V20 driver (Standalone Edition) — the same version shown on the Keydial Remote product page, available in Huion's Driver Download center. You can start using Keydial Remote once the driver is booted.

You can use Keydial Remote with the pen tablets, pen displays, pen computers, or other digital creative devices, or you can use it independently for shortcut operations in office work, online learning, and streaming.

Currently, Keydial series products don't support Linux.

This occurs because Keydial Remote needs to load firmware each time you switch groups. For optimal performance, we recommend users avoid excessively and rapidly switching groups. If the device becomes unresponsive, please reboot your Keydial Remote to restore the connection.

Please wait for about 3~6 seconds to see if it reconnects. If not, reboot the device, reconnect, and check if the PC's Bluetooth is working properly and if there are any obstructions. If the Bluetooth disconnects frequently and the above steps don't resolve the issue, please contact our customer service to arrange a return and repair.
