Flickering display

Hi, I'm Layane. I've had my Huion Kamvas 13 GS1331-K for 4 years now. It' been a pleasant experience to use it for my art. But recently this weird issue started. Every time I try to use it the screen won't stop flickering. The cable I use is the one that came with the product inside the box. I don't know what to do anymore. Sometimes it even affect my pc monitor. I saw you guy's reply to another user that had a similar issue but I have the original cable and they had a different one.

Hi, Layane Barbosa da Silva. The flickering issue may be due to a cable problem, lack of sufficient power to the tablet, broken USB port or power adapter, or broken tablet. Please try the steps below so we can eliminate all the possible causes:
1. If you connected the red USB end of the 3-in-1 cable to the USB port on the computer, try connecting it to another USB port. This will help us check if the USB port is the problem.
2. Try connecting the red USB end of the 3-in-1 cable to a power adapter, and plug it directly to a wall outlet. Please ensure that the power adapter has at least 5V 3A of output power. Lower than this requirement can also result to a flickering issue. If you have another power adapter of the same capacity, please try it as well.
3. If you have access to another computer, please try connecting your tablet to another computer and check if it still flickers.
4. Try replacing your 3-in-1 cable. You can purchase it from this link: 3-in-1 Cable for Huion Pen Display (please choose the one for Kamvas 12/Kamvas 13/Kamvas 16 (2021))

It worked!
I connected the power cable direclty to a wall outlet and the Display came back to life.
