Hi, Marceau toullelan. Please charge the pen for approximately 2 hours. After charging, try using it without the charging cable. If it still doesn't work after being unplugged, it's clear that the rechargeable battery inside the pen is likely unable to hold a charge and is broken. I apologize if this is not the answer you were hoping for.
If your tablet is out of warranty, the only option available is to purchase a new pen. However, if the warranty still applies, please email the following information to service@huion.com so we can assist you with a pen replacement:
Order number
Serial number (found on the back of the tablet, which starts with S/N)
A link to a short video demonstrating the pen's functionality both with and without the charging cable. This video will serve as documentation for your replacement request. Please upload it to an online storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud, and make sure to share the unrestricted link with us.
If you need assistance in purchasing a new pen, please provide the first five digits of your serial number and your country. I’d be delighted to share the compatible pen model and the purchase link with you!
