Why is the display freezing when I draw, watch videos, or browse webpages on Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)?

When you draw, watch videos, or browse webpages on the Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)/Kamvas Pro 16 Plus (4K), you may see the display keeps freezing. This issue may be related to your graphics card and refresh rate settings.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps in the methods below.

Method 1. Make sure your graphics card supports 4K @ 60Hz

According to the industry standard, if your graphics card has an HDMI 1.4 port, your computer can run the Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) @ 30HZ. But the display may be freezing when you draw, watch videos, or browse webpages on Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (4K). So we recommend you use a graphics card with either an HDMI 2.0 port or DisplayPort 1.2 or later connector to support 4K @ 60HZ.
